Where can I find specific information about a product?
By clicking on the image of the desired product, a short description of the product will pop-up. It will include a technical index with all the specifics, instructions of use and maintenance and a list of sizes.

How will I know if an item I want is available?
The product availability is indicated in the relative product page.

What is the range offered by LOGICO DESIGN on the MOMODESIGN website ?
LOGICODESIGN offers you a wide choice of helmet models in various colours.

How do I carry out an order?
Choose your preferred model and colour, select your size and insert it in the trolley by clicking the option ADD (trolley icon).
To proceed with your order, after having checked your trolley, click "Continue " at the bottom right and follow the following steps of the ordering process:
a. Fill in delivery address and invoice data
b. Payment Information: choose payment method.
c. Validation: insert information for the payment.
d. Finish: at the end of the process, you will receive an email with your order number and a re-cap of the products purchased.

How long will it take to process my order?
After confirming the order, the products are usually shipped the following day. The confirmation email of the pending package delivery will inform you of the delivery terms relative to your order.

How can I change or cancel my order?
It is not possible to change the contents of the order once validated. Please contact as soon as possible our Customer Service for any information.

What are the payment methods?
When carrying out your order choose the payment method on the page "Order summary".
Payment with credit card or Paypal.

Is VAT included in the price?
The prices displayed are always VAT inclusive.

How long before my order is delivered?
Usually all orders are shipped the day after their validation. Deliveries in Italy usually take between 3 and 6 working days. For Europe, they take between 4 and 10 working days.

How much does the shipment cost?
€ 10,00 for Italy ; € 20,00 for Europe and United Kingdom; 30 € for: Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden.

Can I register a delivery address different from my home one?
Yes, you may.

Can I return the product?
You may exercise the right to return or exchange a product according to what is indicated in the general selling conditions in point 10.

Who pays the transportation cost for a return? The client will have to pay all shipping expenses in the case of product return or exchange.
Logico Design will only take on the shipping expenses in the case of recess, for product non- conformance or for a faulty product.

How does one carry out a return?
The client will have to send a written form of communication to the seller, within and not over 10 working days after the product has been received. In this written communication, the customer must express the want to exercise his/ her right to return a product and include the receipt of delivery. It must be sent by registered post to the following address:

- Logico Design Customer Service will send you a return form via e-mail. Such a "return form " has to be inserted in the returning package.
- Products will be exchanged within 10 working days from the day in which the product has been received.
- Products will be exchanged within 10 working days from the day in which the product has been received.
- All damaged items that the client has not brought to the attention of the seller upon delivery will be refused by the seller.
- We advise you to keep the receipt of postage, as Logico Design does not take any responsibility for the misplacement or any damages of the package during transport.
